Over the last year, as a business consultant and board of advisor member for several AI startups, I've helped numerous organizations translate complex digital technology landscapes into winning product and go-to-market strategies to attack new high-growth opportunities. 

I am currently the principal analyst for AI at theCUBE Research, conducting industry analysis, research, client advisors, and digital media creation focused on AI's next frontiers, including causal AI, Agentic AI, and the AI model marketplace.

During my 23-year executive career at IBM, I held numerous marketing, product management, and technology strategy positions across its data and AI, enterprise software, hybrid cloud, and technology services businesses. 

As a technologist at heart, I have a B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering and certifications in AI for business, causal AI, and cloud architecture. I am also certified in executive leadership, financial planning, and public relations, which helps me apply integrated business and technology acumen in solving business problems.

I thrive on solving problems in an environment of cross-functional collaboration, evidence-based arguments, and diversity of thought. My approach is to always harness the "wisdom of crowds" with an unwavering focus on outcomes.

Thus, I operate based on three core principles:  (1) a strategy is only as good as the consensus it's built upon, (2) a strategy without execution is hallucination, and (3) organizations don't do things, people do.
